All booking requests will be answered if possible within 24 hours after receiving the request except Sundays and holidays. Once confirmed the booking and payment received by the Agency will send the voucher to the customer electronically. This voucher must be presented at the hotel at check-in.
PAYMENT - All bookings must be prepaid by credit card or bank transfer (the transfer costs borne by the customer).
1 ) If notification of cancellation is received
after payment is done and before the 14 working days (not including
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) prior to check in date:
There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing
fee 5% and if the payment was through a bank transfer all bank charges
for the refund of money should be paid by client. From 21/12 to
18/01 the cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival
2 ) If notification of cancellation is received less than 14 working
days (not including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays) prior
to check. in date: a credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night
room charge will be done. In case of bank transfers all bank charges
should be paid by the client.
